Papers, 1800-1901, of and relating to John Hipkins and John Hipkins Bernard (mostly accounts); of and relating to members of the Hipkins, Bernard and Robb families; and relating to the Hipkins-Bernard-Robb home "Rose Hill," Caroline County, Va. (later renamed "Gay Mont") and to Bernard's lands in Alabama, Texas and Arkansas. Includes diaries, correspondence, poems, accounts and account books of women (Elizabeth Hipkins, Jane Gay Robertson Bernard, and Helen Struan Bernard Robb); and legal documents and letters of John Taylor of Caroline. Of special interest are the diaries of Eugenia D. Robb while serving with the American Red Cross in Germany and Japan during and after World War II (1999.56A).

This collection contains athletic programs, brochures, photographs, tickets and other material collected by Randall S. Hawthorne, class of 1967, documenting the track and field and cross country programs, and to a lesser extent football at the College of William and Mary. The bulk of the collection consists of track and field programs including the Colonial Relays, Penn Relays, and the Colonial Athletic Association Championships. The collection also includes color and black and white photographs featuring the College of William and Mary men's and women's track and cross country teams. The photographs feature individual shots of runners as well as the team at various meets, including the Colonial Relays and the Colonial Athletic Association Championships. Annual brochures for the track and field and cross country teams at the College, containing information about the team's schedule, roster, and facts about William and Mary athletics, are also part of the collection. The collection also holds track programs from the 1996 Olympics Games in Atlanta and William and Mary football programs from the 1950s and 1960s.

William and Mary Choir Records

This collection consists of scrapbooks, photographs, programs, and other material relating to the William and Mary Choir at the College of William and Mary. Some of the records included in this collection pertain to the Women's Chorus and the Botetourt Chamber Singers, an a capella student organization at the College of William and Mary. The scrapbooks contain clippings, programs, and photographs of performances and other activities by the group during the academic year. A few of the scrapbooks document the William and Mary Choir's trips to Europe over the summer break. The collection also includes photographs of choir members rehearsing, sites they visited while traveling to various venues, and other activities. A poster of photographs of the William and Mary Choir performing at the Presidential Inauguration for Bill Clinton in January 1997 is also included.
