1-500 Yugoslavian Dinara. The bill is green and features a statue of Nikola Tesla at Niagara Falls State Park on Goat Island, New York on the front to the left. The number "500" is also featured on the front to the right. The number "500" is also on the back of the bill in the center within a circle with people-figures holding hands. According to the U.S. Department of the Treasury Treasury Reporting Rates as of March 31, 1981, 1 Yugoslavian Dinar was equal to $20.60. The bank notes belonged to Armand J. Galfo, U.S. Air Force Reserves officer and Assistant Dean of the School of Education at the College of William and Mary between 1965 and 1966. The bank note measures approximately 6in. (length) x 2.75in. (width) and is in poor condition. There is a crease in the middle, to the left and right sides of the bill where it has been folded. The edges of the bill are torn and bent.
