The records of the Ivy House Restaurant in Williamsburg, Virginia include business records, guest registers, customer and business correspondence, legal documents, and a variety of ephemera from the local business including menus. This mid-20th century collection documents the history of this restaurant during a time when Williamsburg was going through changes and growth in the tourism industry.

Printed ephemera, newspapers, and other publications, related to the 1936 Olympic games in Berlin, Germany, collected by James G. Driver, one of the trainers with the US team. Also included is a photo album, individually assembled with commercially produced photo prints and several postcards. This photo album includes pictures of Olympic village, the torch relay, the opening ceremony, and athletes (including Jesse Owens and Luz Long, among others).

This collection consists of a scrapbook, entitled 'My Memory Book, W.I.H.S.' and accompanying material from James Noah Hess, Washington and Lee University class of 1930. W.I.H.S stands for Washington Irving High School in Clarksburg, West Virginia.

Henley, Virginia Congressman and Williamsburg, Virginia lawyer, and his brother, Richardson Henley. Richardson Henley, who graduated from William and Mary in 1920, writes about his engineering training with the War Department and his social life while working for Dupont and others in Georgia. Letters written to Rich Henley and others are also included.
