This collection contains a substantial record of the administrative aspects of the Alumni Band Organization (ABO). Although the bulk of the records are related to this aspect of the ABO, the records are incomplete in several areas. However, the organization is in the process of collecting their records for donation to the University Archives and these gaps will likely be filled in the future. The records of the group are exhaustive in regards to the newsletters published by the group. However, the concert programs, photographs, and assorted ephemera are also incomplete at this time.

This collection consists of the records of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the American Rhododendron Society. Correspondence, minutes, newsletters, and photographs pertaining to various activities of the chapter. The additions to this collection include information about regional chapters other than the Mid-Atlantic Chapter.

This collection contains handbooks and newsletters geared toward parents of students at The College of William and Mary. Included in the collection are a set of Parents Handbooks from 1982 to 2000, and copies of the newsletter "Parents Perspective" from 1982 to 1998.

Records from the Placement Bureau, Office of Career Planning, Office of Career Services, and the Office of Corporate Relations and Placement are also included in the collection.

This collection contains fliers, newsletters, clippings, and other publications from the Center for Student Diversity at The College of William and Mary. The office was formerly known as the Office of Multicultural Affairs and the Office of Minority Affairs. Included in the collection are reports created by the various offices, announcements for upcoming events, and newsletters, including "Onyx" and "Ethnic Voices."

This collection contains fliers, announcements, newsletters, and other publications from the Charles Center for Honors and Interdisciplinary Studies at the College of William and Mary. The bulk of the material is related to scholarships offered by the Charles Center as well as the Women's Studies program at William and Mary.

This collection includes announcements, the newsletter CWA News, and course offerings of the Christopher Wren Association.

This collection contains three folders of materials about the Lesbian and Gay Union at the College of William and Mary. It includes fliers for events, meeting schedules, correspondence, funding proposals, a packet of materials from the 1986 Gay Awareness Week, and materials received from student groups at Virginia Tech and James Madison University. It also includes a copy of the by-laws of the Lambda Alliance, an early gay student group at William and Mary.
