The collection contains fliers, correspondence, membership information, and other material related to the all-female a capella group, Reveille, at William & Mary. The collection also includes list of the group's repertoire, information on recording their albums, and planning material related to tours around the state and country. Also included are five music CDs of recordings of the group and a USB drive and zip disks with group files. CDs and digital files require at least 72 hours advanced notice required for access.

This collection contains the records of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Club at William & Mary, also known as "Skiffy." Included in the collection are announcements, fliers, scrapbooks of dance parties and events; copies of the newsletters "A" and "Semi-Colon;" photographs of club events; and several issues of the comic "FAANS," created by T. The records of the South Asian Student Association (SASA) at the College of William and Mary include the student organization's fliers, programs, constitution and by-laws, selected correspondence, scrapbooks and other material typically produced by student groups. One of the group's predecessor organizations was the Indian Cultural Association. Activities documented include events of the group, student leadership activities, and similar events.

The Student Assembly Records span the years 1926 to 2018, with the bulk of the material dating from 1960 to 2018. The collection includes agendas and minutes, constitutions and by-laws, bills, administrative and committee files, clippings, photographs, budget and financial reports, press releases, and correspondence. The Student Assembly Records also contain papers from various deans of student affairs as well as deans of the faculty of arts and sciences. Agendas and Minutes from the Student Activities Council, the Student Association Council, the Executive Council, the Senate, Interhall, and the Board of Student Affairs are also present in the collection. Topics represented in the collection include student life and activities, affirmative action, enrollment, and college government.

This collection contains administrative records, announcements, publications, and other material created and collected by the Student Environmental Action Coalition (SEAC), a student organization at the College of William and Mary. Included in the records are notes from SEAC meetings, background research on environmental affairs, photographs and anouncements of SEAC events, proposals on how to make William and Mary a sustainable campus, and handmade signs announcing events for Earth Day 2011 at William and Mary.

This collection contains fliers and calendars for activities at or by the Student Recreation Center at the College of William and Mary. The collection also holds material for predecessor and related bodies and activities related to intramural sports at the university.
