Index Card Notes: To the legislature of Virginia: the undersigned, citizens of Tyler County, respectfully ask the legislature of Virginia, at its present session, to charter a company, subject to the rail road alws of the state, to construct a rail road from the Baltimore and Ohio Rail Road, at or near Mannington, in Marion County, by the Valleys of Buffalo and Fishing Creeks, to the Ohio River, at or near New Martinsville in Wetzel County.
