Index Card Notes: To the honorable [the] speaker and members of the Senate and House of Delegates of the Commonwealth of VA. The memorial and petitioners of Wood County are grateful for the animated but unsuccessful efforts, made at the last session, to produce a reform in the existing system of chancery jurisprudence.
