Records includes material documenting programs of WVU Extension on topics such as: leadership, volunteering, getting older, "Putting Your Best Foot Forward," staying active after retirement, heart health, time management, and risk management, among others.

Caontains primarily prospectuses, programs, and historical narratives pertaining to the West Virginia 4-H program. These materials were collected by Shirley Eagan to preserve them.
