Work sheets from a survey of approximately twenty churches in the Grant and Cass districts of Monongalia County, West Virginia, in 1913 and 1914. Work sheets document the religious conditions in these churches by surveying the value of church facilities, church finances, membership and attendance, activities, and growth. More specific topics include a description of church grounds and buildings, including the parsonage and any amenities such as a library or auditorium; the cost of operating the church; the demographics of the membership, including age and gender; and the types of Sunday School activities and number of participants.
