"Methodism in the Wheeling, West Virginia, District, 1785-1910" was written by Raymond Martin Bell in 1963 while Bell was attending Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania. This three-page history documents the Methodist preachers in the Wheeling area from the first circuit riders in 1784 to the preachers in the area in 1810.
