Scope and content:

Includes 28 glass plate negatives documenting subjects from Morgantown, West Virginia circa 1890-1910. Subjects include Morgantown homes owned by Captain Hatfield (corner of Spruce and Willey), J. H. Stewart, I. G. Lazelle, Rumsey, Dr. I. C. White, H. B. Allen. Miss Hattie Tennant (southeast corner of Spruce and Pleasant), W. P. Willey (background features Miss Hattie Tennant house), William H. Moorhead and Frank Cox (corner of Pleasant and Spruce Street), McDermott's Stables (Kirk Street), William H. Moorhead, and W. H. Cooke and some of I. C. White's home. One box contains the original glass plate negatives while the second box contains the sleeves that originally held the negatives, including identifying information where present. Digital scans are available.
