Scope and content:

George Wythe's personal copy of the transfer of a bond for N443 owed to the estate of William Nelson, deceased, and assigned to Wythe by Hugh Nelson, William's son and executor. The bond was originally issued in 1770 by Elizabeth Yates and William Allan. In Wythe's hand.
