Scope and content:

Deed for sale of seventeen acres of land in Middle Plantation {i.e., Williamsburg}, Virginia. Land originally belonged to William and Susannah Plumtree who sold it to David Newell who sold it to Sherwood and Thomas Rably (deceased).
