Lived in and near Petersburg, Virginia during the Civil War. Possibly born in Isle of Wight County, Virginia, daughter of Henry W. Neville. Married to John William Partin. After the Civil War, they lived in Portsmouth, Virginia. Appraisal information:

The biographical and genealogy scrolls were crumbling and already fragmented when accessioned. After photocopying the original scrolls, they were discarded.
