Background

Scope and content:

Buildings serve as historical structures and when names are attached to them, there is even more history attached. As William & Mary examines its own history, some of the names affixed to buildings, have changed. The new names affixed to the buildings are those of individuals who have blazed trails in the name of diversity at the university.
