Office files, beginning in 1928, but mostly 1980's; auxiliary enterprises files; inventory of real property held by the College, the Endowment Association and Board of Visitors; 1987 Master Plan material; correspondence with state agencies; financial reports for William & Mary, VIMS, and the Men's Athletic Association; and Audit Reports.

Office files from 1975-1984. They primarily cover 1982-1983 and include auxiliary enterprises files. 12.4 Cubic Feet.

Master Plan for the College prepared by Johnson, Johnson, and Roy, Inc. in 1987. The accession also contains interview and workshop summaries, clippings, and other materials related to the Master Plan. .6 cubic feet.

William and Mary financial reports, Men's Athletic Association financial reports, VIMS financial reports, and William and Mary audit reports. The financial reports cover 1938-1989, and the audit reports cover 1932-1989. 5 boxes. Stored off-site in 2020 (SOSS 199D).
