This collection includes audiotapes and manuscripts of lectures delivered, as well as announcements for lectures given at various Marshall-Wythe Symposiums sponsored by the College of William and Mary.

Many Marshall-Wythe Symposium lectures were published and have been cataloged in Swem Library's online catalog.

Reel-to-reel tape recordings of Marshall-Wythe Symposium lectures recorded on a Knight Recorder, circa 1955-1965. Given by R. Wayne Kernodle, a sociology professor.
