Scope and content:

This collection includes several publications, including the football handbook, yearbook, and media guides, as well as game programs. It also includes general files.

Audiovisual material can be found in the University Archives Audiovisual Collection. In time, they will be intellectually reunited with this collection.

2 yellow (gold) toy footballs with the William & Mary Indians mascot sponsored by Jones TV & Electronics Inc. of Williamsburg.

Contains William & Mary football programs and magazines including the Spartan Gridiron News and the Indian Gridiron Magazine.

A football program from November 30, 1944, titled "The Indian Gridiron Magazine" for William & Mary vs. University of Richmond.

Addition includes two footballs and one black bust of a Native American woman wearing a beaded necklace and feathers while holding a a wolf. The feathers and necklace are green and yellow, representing the William & Mary colors. One football is large and is entitled the Inaugural Season 2007 with a list of sponsors. The other football is small and entitled College of William & Mary.

Official program advertising a football game between Harvard and William and Mary, October 31, 1925. A list of starters, their positions, and other team members on the team rosters for both teams is provided.
