This addition to the American Rhododendron Society's Papers consists of ca. 250 items (1 Hollinger box, .3 linear feet), 1963-1988, and includes newsletters from various chapters, chapter information, correspondence, reports, minutes of the National Board of Directors, and a financial statement for 1987.

The minutes have been interfiled with an earlier but incomplete set of minutes in the American Rhododendron SocietyPapers (# 10,553-d-f) and the duplicate minutes returned to the Executive Secretary. The additional newsletters have been interfiled with the Newsletters of the American Rhododendron Societyopen accession (# 10,553-c, -g).
