[Speaks of the scenery around "Rockingham Springs," Virginia, which Tait might find suitable for painting. Describes the "Springs" as an establishment, and his daily routine. Mentions expenses, and offers to arrange for T. and his wife ( Anna Tiernan Tait) to stay at the "Springs." Mentions Charles Day, Sidney Lanier, Jr.and Henry Wysham Lanier. ]
