This collection includes at least two copies of every issue of the Virginia Law School Report. Issues of the Report contain articles that highlight the work of students, faculty, and administrators at the University of Virginia School of Law. Also, between 1977 and 1990, the annual reports for the University of Virginia Law School Foundation were published here.

The University of Virginia Law School began publishing this periodical in 1977 to share information about the School's work and solicit donations. Its primary audience was the School's alums.
