Donald Baker, co-founder of the law firm Baker and Miller and former head of the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division, delivered the keynote address for the 2020 Virginia Journal of International Law symposium "Antitrust in the Global Economy." Baker discussed how various countries' antitrust agencies have responded to the increased stresses of the digital age.
