This collection consists of John H. Hamilton's four diplomas he received from Washington and Lee University. They include his B.A. (1878), B.S. (1879), Civil Engineering degree and M.A. (1880).

Biographical / historical:

John H. Hamilton graduated from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in 1878, a B.S. in 1879, and a degree in Civil Engineering and M.A. in 1880.
