This collection consists of financial papers (seven items) of Charles Carroll, including receipts and other documents relating to business transactions.

Biographical / historical:

Charles Carroll was born in 1737 in Annapolis, Maryland. He was a Maryland stateman, a member of the Continental Congress, and a signer of the Declaration of Independence. He died in 1832 in Baltimore, Maryland.
