- A notebook containing unfinished memoirs titled "Reminiscences of Cadet Days," in which he discusses many aspects of cadet life during the his first year at VMI (1915-1916)

Waller Garland Wills, Jr. was born in 1898 in Lynchburg, Virginia. He graduated from VMI in 1919 and went on to become a businessman in Lynchburg. Wills died in 1961 in Lynchburg.
