Scope and content:

This collection consists of one VMI scrapbook compiled by Cadet Mark H. Doty. The scrapbook contains photographs of cadet life, classmates, buildings, and athletics. Memorabilia, such as programs and clippings, are also included.

Biographical / historical:

Mark Hanahan Doty was born in 1902 in Winnsboro, South Carolina. He graduated VMI in 1924 and went on to become a businessman. He died in 1968 in Winnsboro.
