Scope and content:

This is a collection of documents pertaining to the creating of a research library for the Albemarle County Historical Society, in collaboration with the Jefferson-Madison Regional Library. The collection contains photocopies of potential library furniture arrangements in the reading room; a copy of the ACHS Library Policies and Procedures, 1986; and a photocopy of the Memorandum Agreement between the Board of Directors of the Jefferson-Madison Regional Library and the Board of Directors of the Albemarle County Historical Society for the Formation of a new Research Collection Dedicated to the History of the Charlottesville-Albemarle Area, [1987].
