Scope and content:

The collection contains a resume and portfolio of work created by Cary P. McCutcheon, a landscape architect in Virginia, in 2012. There is a four page resume, as well as color and black and white drawings, pictures, and print-outs of designs and spaces, primarily completed around the Richmond, Virginia, area.

Biographical / historical:

Cary P. McCutcheon was born in 1957. McCutcheon graduate from Virginia Tech in 1985 with a Masters in Landscape Architecture and, for over 25 years, worked as a landscape architect, first in North Carolina, and later (mostly) in Virginia. McCutcheon died in 2013.

Acquisition information:
The Cary P. McCutcheon Portfolio was donated to Special Collections in May 2015.
