This subseries is housed in two (2) boxes and arranged alphabetically by subject. The processing archivist created folder titles for loose records. On 14 January 2014, Governor Terry McAuliffe announced the appointment of Jennifer Wicker as Deputy Legislative Director. Wicker's policy areas included education, health and human services and workforce. Wicker served previously as Legislative Coordinator in the office of Richmond Mayor Dwight C. Jones. She also worked as Legislative Assistant to Delegates Viola Baskerville and Jennifer McClellan. Wicker left the McAuliffe administration in March 2015.
