Records, 1833-1848, of the 124th Virginia Militia Infantry Regiment headquartered in Scott County, Virginia. Consists of annual reports, 1833 and 1835, for the regiment including a list of company commandents and a list of commissioned and staff officers with the dates of their commissions and appointments. There is also an annual consolidated return, 11 May 1848, of the strength of the company commanded by James Culbertson.
