(14 reels of microfilm, 1.75 in. each) 1897-1923 Fourteen reels of microfilm from the West Virginia University President's Office Records. Two reels contain composition tests for grades 8 to 10. Compositions do not have names, only gender, age, and grade of the student, and are typically three to five pages in length. Twelve reels of microfilm contain student fee slips from 1879 to 1898 and from 1909 to 1923, largely organized by semester, then by school or department, and then alphabetically according to the last name of the student. Reel 1 begins with Summer 1909; reel 2, Winter 1912; reel 3, Summer 1914; reel 4, Fall 1916; reel 5, Winter 1918; reel 6, Summer 1919; reel 7, Spring 1920; reel 8, Fall 1920; reel 9, Fall 1921; reel 10, Spring 1923; reel 11, Spring 1910; and reel 12, 1879-1898.
