      <p>Extract of Council order, 1754 February 10. Discusses
         granting 200,000 acres of land at the fork of the Ohio and
         Monongahela rivers to the Ohio Company so that a fort (later
         Fort Duquesne) and a town may be constructed. Volunteers
         entering into the service of this effort will receive plots of
         land in accordance with their merit.</p>
