Collection is open to all researchers. The William & Mary Workers' Union demands included health insurance, a "living wage" or $28,000 per year for full-time and $15 per hour for part-time workers, guaranteed summer funding for all graduate workers, equal funding packages between masters and PhD program participants, tuition waivers for all graduate works, affordable parking, and free printing across campus for graduate works. The binder, or UE Leadership Guide, contains items such as organizational structure, expansion tips, communication guides, arbitration matters, union financing, negotiation, and other resources.
