<p>Christopher J. Bright is a historian of 20th century political and diplomatic affairs. In 2010, he published Continental Defense in the Eisenhower Era: Nuclear Antiaircraft Arms and the Cold War. He was an undergraduate student at the College of William &amp; Mary and graduated with an A.B. in Government.</p>  </bioghist>
