J. Randolph Ruffin was Director of Special Events for the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.

Acc. 1999.22 added in 1999. Gift through the Williamsburg Historic Records Association.
Processing Information:
Duplicate copies of brochures and books removed from collection.
Separated Materials:
10 books, all duplicates of items already in Swem Library, were removed from the collection and given to Swem's cataloging department.
Duplicates of brochures and reports were removed from the collection.
