Charlie A. Wilson and Margot Wilson Correspondence, Special Collections Research Center, Swem Library, College of William and Mary.
Contains correspondence, 1942-1945, between Charlie A. Wilson and his wife Margot Wilson. The letters start in 1942 when Charlie first goes to training and track his trek through Europe during the War. As he is shipped overseas he and his wife write about how life is in their new realities, the war, and changes in their own personal relationship . Letters were shipped by V-mail, regular mail and airmail and several are stamped by the censor. There are a few newspaper clippings from the Stars 'n Stripes military newspaper and an interesting military cartoon that Charlie sent at Christmas.
Consists of letters to Charlie Wilson from his wife Margot and speak of family events, finances, holidays and other daily happenings since Charlie has left for training.
Consist of letters to Charlie from Margot concerning her health and news of pregnancy, Charlie's Army achievements, supply rations for the family, and other daily family concerns.
Consists of letters from both Charlie and Margot where Charlie writes about his transfer from camp to his first duty station, and the daily events of his new life, while Margot writes about being anxious to hear from Charlie, other family members in the service, their daughter Sharalee and other events occuring at home.
Consists of letters from Charlie to Margot about leaving the area of North Africa to Italy, some traveling he has done while overseas, adjusting to duty station in Italy, and other events related to the war.
Consists of a smaller amount of letters from Charlie to Margot about the harsh winter in Italy, travels through the country side. Letters from Margot to Charlie are about winter in Washington state, Sharalee's new antics, updates about friends (specifically Don and his enlistment) and family in town,

Consists of articles, photos, and comics from military paper, Stars and Stripes, concerning latest news on war front, life and changes occuring in the host nation of military occupation.
