                  published 2500 copies of

                  its popularity the first edition is rare. First
                  printing of 
                  <title xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" xlink:type="simple" render="italic" xlink:href="">Marching On</title>was
                  supposedly 28,000 copies. In addition to 26,000
                  copies of 
                  <title xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" xlink:type="simple" render="italic" xlink:href="">Long Hunt</title>there was a
                  limited edition of 260 copies published
                  simultaneously.</p>
