    <head>Biographical / Historical</head>
<p>Neblett was born June 9, 1839 and died Oct 11, 1911.  He was the son of Dr. Sterling and Ann MacFarland Neblett from Brickland, Lunenburg County, Virginia.  He married Fannie Matthews on Aug 15, 1872.  They had 10 children, one of whom is Judge Collin Neblett.</p>  </bioghist>
