<p>Edward Graham was professor (1813) at Washington College, he also presided over the college library, 1813-1839; his brother was William Graham, a steward and tutor during the later years of Liberty Hall Academy.</p>  </bioghist>

<p>Letter [183-] from 'a citizen' [Edward Graham] extolling the military worth of students. In addition, a document, dated July 5, 1822, which is signed by John Quincy Adams, stipulating what government documents Washington College will receive.</p>  </scopecontent>
