 Scope and Contents

This collection consists of a property deed between A. T. Wade and T. M. Wade for a house and lot on Main Street in Lexington "adjoining the National Hotel and the building now occupied by the Bank of Lexington." The document was completed and signed between February 7-10, 1877.
