    <head>Scope and Contents</head>
<p>This collection consists of plans, photographs and descriptive text documenting selected Lexington and Rockbridge County (Virginia) buildings that were included in the Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS). The Survey was conducted under the auspices of the National Park Service and the original records are located in the Library of Congress.</p><p>The collection includes plans for the following buildings:
