<p>The Archibald Taylor who patented an improvement in fence posts is presumed to be Major Archibald Taylor (1828-1882) who is buried in Keezletown Cemetery in Rockingham County. The William A. Shook who patented a holding frame for honey boxes is presumed to be William A. Shook Jr. (1877-1954), son of William A. Shook (1853-1936), who is buried in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in McGaheysville.</p>  </bioghist>
