Scope and Content

This collection consists of typed, printed, clipped, and handwritten recipes, likely from the early 20th century. A majority of the recipes are recipe cards. Some of the recipes are organized by type of meat or food category but not all of them have an organization. There are also documents that are not recipes, like advertisements, coupons, and a telegram. Some of the recipes include curried chicken pie, spanish rice, and soft ginger cookies.

There is no indication from the recipes who may have collected and created the collection.
 </scopecontent>
