<p>This collection includes a early 20th century manuscript cookbook containing around 102 handwritten recipes and pasted in newspaper clippings. The newspaper clippings mostly contain information on recipes and cleaning. Additionally, it is a southern cookbook including a variety of meals but there is a large concentration of dessert recipes. The recipes include items like pickle cauliflower, lemon pudding, gingerbread, and donuts.</p>  </scopecontent>
