The processing, arrangement, and description of the Uneeda Trade Cards and Handwritten Recipes was completed in November 2025.
This collection consists of 13 trade cards for the National Biscuit Company "Uneeda Bakers" from around the 1930s. Printed on the front of the trade cards are various advertisements for Uneeda products such as shredded wheat and oreos. The back of the cards contain handwritten recipes and quilting patterns from an unknown author.
