<p>Frances (McEver) Hutcheson Russell (1931-2021) was born to Herbert M. "Mac" and Eleanor S. McEver in Blacksburg, Virginia. She graduated from the  University of Richmond's Westhampton College and taught English at Blacksburg High School. In 1954, Frances married Thomas B. Hutcheson, Jr., and they had three children. After his death, she married George E. The scrapbook was created by Frances Hutcheson Russell when she was publicity chair of the Band Boosters.</p>  </scopecontent>
