<p>Blacksburg Presbyterian Church was organized in 1832, with a frame building later erected near what is today the corner of Clay and Church streets. In 1847, a new, brick church was erected on the north corner of Main and Lee streets (in 2023, the building houses Cabo Fish Taco restaurant). In 1904, the Blacksburg Presbyterian congregation moved into a new brick church at 115 East Roanoke Street (home to Blacksburg First Church of God in 2023). The church has been in its present location (701 Church Street Southeast) since 1957.</p> </bioghist>
