This collection includes programs, speeches, invitations, scrolls, and announcements for the College of William and Mary's Charter Day ceremony held each February. Also contains a 1939 handwritten copy of the Royal Proclamation of 1700, as well as two typescript copies. The original Royal Proclamation is housed at the Public Records Office in London.

To a lesser extent, the collection also includes correspondence to and from Chris Sarandon, notes and outlines authored by Chris Sarandon regarding scripts and script changes, and some photographic material.

Minutes, 2004-2024, documenting the meetings, activities, discussions, policy decisions, and recommendations of the Circuit Court Records Grant Review Board. Minutes include lists of funded projects by locality that identify the type of project and amount awarded. Types of projects may include equipment, item conservation, preservation, processing, security systems and storage.

This collection consists of permanent and historically significant institutional records created by the University of Virginia Health Sciences Library and the antecedent Medical Library.
