The collection includes various local and national UE 150 and 160 local union records. Materials include convention programs, proceedings, steward guides, workplace complaints, handwritten notes.

This collection contains class notes, syllabi, exams, and other material pertaining to Charles L. Kendrick while attending William & Mary for his undergraduate and graduate degrees. Most of the material is from Kendrick's undergraduate courses, but there is also material related to his graduate work in the School of Education. The collection also includes a packet containing information about water safety, lifeguard training and the history of the Theta Delta Chi fraternity.

This collection includes Lavender Graduation Ceremony programs and printed remarks or speeches from speakers. May 2018 marked the first inaugural Lavender Ceremony at William & Mary. The collection also includes graduation stoles presented to graduates.

A program from the 4th annual Diversity & Inclusion Symposium, "Creating Inclusive Communities," held November 1, 2019 at William & Mary's School of Education. The program includes schedule of events, speaker biographies, and session/workshop descriptions.

This collection includes addresses and communications from presidents to members of the College of William and Mary community. Office records from all presidents from 1888 to the present are also described in other finding aids in this database. Scattered records are also available for presidents prior to 1888.

Records of the Capital Club of Williamsburg (formerly named the Middle Plantation Club of Williamsburg), which was founded by Rawls Byrd in 1966. The collection includes organizational histories, membership directories and rosters, meeting minutes, scrapbooks of club events, and other material.

Campaign material relating to political elections in the Williamsburg area, Virginia state races, and United States Senate, Congressional, and Presidential races. Thomas was a delegate for the Virginia State Convention in 2012 and a volunteer for the 53rd Inaugural Presidential Ceremonies. This collection includes badges from her involvement with the political process, pamphlets, bumper stickers, pins, and campaign material for the Democratic party.

This collection contains material relating to the announcement, swearing-in, and inauguration of Dr. Katherine Anandi Rowe as the 28th president of William & Mary. Materials include digital video footage of the announcement in the Wren Building's Great Hall that was streamed on social media on February 20, 2018. Also included are web archived news articles relating to the announcement. Other materials includes\ the original, signed oath of office, taken by Rowe during her swearing-in ceremony in the Wren Building's Great Hall on July 2, 2019. It is signed by both Rowe and the Governor of Virginia. It also includes digital video footage of the swearing-in ceremony. Digital video footage of Charter Day 2019 and the inauguration of Rowe and the investiture of Chancellor Robert Gates are also contained in this collection.
