This collection includes material from the opening, special and honors convocations held at the College of William and Mary.

Contains correspondence and subject files of the Director of the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation that document the planning, direction, and implementation of agency and board programs and are evidence of actions and policy decisions. Includes correspondence with the agency boards, Secretary of Economic Development/Commerce and Trade, and the Governor’s Office. Also may include newsletters, weekly reports, strategic planning reports, agency study reports, and financial reports.

Correspondence and subject files of the Secretary of the Commonwealth, 2014-2022, cover the administrations of Governor Terrence McAuliffe (2014-2018) and Governor Ralph Northam (2018-2022) and there is some overlap between the records of the two administrations. Includes records of Secretary of the Commonwealth Levar Stoney (2014-2016), Secretary of the Commonwealth Kelly Thomasson (2016-2022) and Deputy Secretary of the Commonwealth Traci DeShazor (2016-2022). Records may include agendas, correspondence, executive order, legislation, meeting records, minutes, notes, oaths of office, presentations, proposals, regulations, reports and talking points.

Booklet (11 in. x 17 in. x 1/2 in.) of historic preservation documentation regarding the Cunningham Farmstead in Braxton County, a historic site determined eligible for the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). The buildings and structures on the site were constructed from ca. 1910 to ca. 1960. The booklet includes introduction, physical history, historic context, architectural analysis, conclusion, and references. There are also five compact discs containing project deliverable files. Discs include a Cunningham Farmstead Site Plan, Cunningham Farmstead Drawing List, Contemporary Cunningham Farmstead Photos and Photo Index, Cunningham Farmstead Historical Photos, and a Shirley Nelson Oral History.

Collection consists photographs including of one black and white photograph of members of Kappa Kappa Gamma (Gamma Kappa Chapter) sorority, circa 1969-1970, standing on the front porch wall of the Kappa Kappa Gamma house in Sorority Court. Jean "Dale" Brubeck (Class of 1970) framed this photograph with a newspaper clipping reading "Just that they are human beings - and very much a part of your life." The accession also contains a slideshow of photographs of Gamma Kappa Chapter members submitted to Dale Brubeck for the Gamma Chapter's 100th Anniversary celebration, which Dale and Kappa Kappa Gamma Archivist Kylie Smith combined into a video for the event. The video also features musical recordings of Gamma Kappa Chapter members singing.

"Dale Lengua," a Cuban popular expression, is a series of 40 serigraph/screenprint posters exhibited in 2019 in Havana, Cuba. Artists combined words and images to illustrate Cuban slang words and phrases through the use of vibrant images and novel artistic techniques, the specificity of the Spanish language, in particular, Cuban slang.

Includes chapter history albums and scrapbooks, special reports, Virginia DAR proceedings, Williamsburg DAR regular and executative meeting minutes, awards, commemorative banners.

This collection contains facsimiles of historic documents gathered by the authors of the book Cass Gilbert's West Virginia State Capitol by Ann Thomas Wilkins and David G. Wilkins. The authors, both art historians, thoroughly researched both the West Virginia State Capitol from an artistic perspective, as well as the architect Cass Gilbert. The first part of the collection consists of documents in folders by year, 1923-1934, and include Cass Gilbert's correspondence regarding building of the Capitol, Gilbert's contract, reports from the Capitol Building Commission, financial details including payment to Gilbert and cost of various ornamentations, details regarding the selection of inscriptions and state animals, public opinion expressions, and completion and dedication of the building. The facsimiles of reports, entire books and journals, full archives finding aids, blueprints and more come from the archives of the New York Historic Society, the West Virginia State Archives, the Library of Congress, the National Museum of American History, the Northwest Architectural Archives, and the Smithsonian Institution.

Facsimile of David Minear's pension application/affidavit for serving in the Revolutionary War, a corrected version of C.J. Maxwell's transcription of it, and Jeffrey Felton's transcription. Also includes Felton's transcription of Nathan Goff's assessment of Minear's claim for pension.
